What makes Flame2scent Candle Co. different?
At Flame2scent Candle Co., we take pride in being more than just a place to buy candles and home fragrance. We are a destination for creating moments, fostering ambiance, and igniting the senses. All our products are adequately tested to ensure you have the best experience with them. They are all handmade with care and with you in mind.
What are the ingredients in your candles?
Our candles are made with Coconut + Olive Oil wax blend and they are Vegan, clean-burning, non-toxic, gluten-free, paraben free and phthalate free.
Our Fragrance Oil blend are natural essential oil infused. They are cruelty-free, phthlate-free, mutagen and carcinogen-free. None of our oils require Prop 65 labeling so you can be at rest when burning our candles.
Our Crackling Wood Wicks are FSC-certified, 100% natural and are not processed in any way. They are non-toxic and clean burning and are 100% manufactured in the U.S.A
Are your candles safe to use at home?
Our candles are designed with safety in mind and are safe for home use when used according to the provided instructions. Always follow candle safety guidelines, such as trimming the wick and never leaving a burning candle unattended. Click Here for more details on Candle Care
What scents are available in your scented candles??
Our scented candles come in a variety of fragrances, including floral, fruity, spicy, and seasonal scents like lavender, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and more. We offer a wide array to suit diverse preferences.
Why is My Wood Wick Not Lighting?
If your wood wick isn’t lighting, it may need a little maintenance. Here’s what to check:
- Trim the Wick: Ensure the wick is trimmed to about 1/8 inch. A wick that’s too long can struggle to ignite.
- Remove Burnt Wood: Before relighting, clear away any charred wood or debris from previous burns.
- Tilt to Light: When lighting, tilt the candle slightly to help the flame catch on the wick.
- Try Relighting: Wood wicks are made from natural wood and can sometimes be tricky to ignite. If it doesn’t light the first time, try again.
How long do your candles burn??
The burn time of our candles varies depending on the type and size of the candle. Typically, our candles burn anywhere from 25 hours to over 60 hours for large jar candles.
Can I customize candle labels or scents for special occasions or events?
Yes, we offer customization options for special occasions, weddings, and events. Please contact our customer service for personalized orders.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for businesses?

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, make a note at checkout and we will not include a sales receipt in the package. We also have Gift Cards available.
What if a product I want is sold out?
If a product is marked as sold out, we will restock shortly. From the product page, click 'Notify Me When this is Back in Stock' to sign up to be notified via email when the product is available again.
Can I shop in-person?
