Seasonal Candle Club – Subscription Policy
Billing Schedule
Subscribers are billed quarterly on the 1st of each seasonal shipping month: March, June, September, and December.
Shipping Schedule
Seasonal candles ship by the 10th of each shipping month. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way.
What’s Included
Each delivery includes one exclusive, hand-poured seasonal candle available only to subscribers, plus a surprise add-on product.
New Subscriber Cutoff
Orders placed after the 1st of the month prior to a shipping month will be included in the next seasonal shipment.
Example Subscriptions close on the 1st of the month prior to shipment. For example, sign up by March 1st to receive the Spring candle shipping in March. If you sign up after the March 1st, you will most likely not receive the March Candle and your first candle will be shipped June.
Subscription Changes & Cancellations
You may manage, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the billing date through your account. Changes made after billing will apply to the following season.
No Refunds
All subscription payments are final once billed. Due to the custom and seasonal nature of these products, refunds are not available.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is up to date before the billing date. Flame2scent Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber.
